His cuisine integrates African, Caribbean, Italian, and Asian flavors — a cultural blend from around the world. He has cooked for Rosa Parks, Denzel Washington, and Congressman Bill Gray.
His work has been featured on Food Network's Dinner Impossible with Robert Irvine and Gordon Ramsey's Hotel Hell. For the past 25 years, he has run Opinionated Palate Catering.
Arrive from 5. Bellini in hand, a cigar if you'd like, an hour to settle in. First plating hits the table at 6:15. The bar and humidor stay open through the night.
